Nokia should use knowledge and learn from Nucor steel of the way to share knowledge. Being the first one who adopted new technology is always risky, and Nokia should take this step like it did before in 1990s when cell phone start expansion. After that Nokia start laying back in new technology and thought its strong product will keep it first in the competition.
Nokia should encourage its individual employees to share knowledge, and building effective and efficient transmission channels and convincing individual to accept and use knowledge they received.
